REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Beacon Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund and exchange policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE (WITHIN 7 DAYS)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and stickers must be intact.
• The product should not show any signs of wear or damage.

This policy applies to orders within Pakistan only. For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Send us an email at Jewellersbeacon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
• Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
• Once approved, you can send the product back to our warehouse.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we aim to process the refund within 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

REFUND & EXCHANGE AFTER PRODUCT IS USED

Even if the product has been used, Beacon Jewellers offers a partial refund or exchange option under the following conditions:

Refund: 50% of the original sale price
Exchange: 70% of the original sale price
